Seclusion Bay owners will have the option of fractional boat slip ownership. For as little as $10,000 for 1/8 ownership, an owner will have use of a boat slip for the same period they occupy their condominium unit. The benefit of fractional ownership is that you only pay for the boat slip when you need it.
